Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any garments which are found faulty upon receipt provided they are returned to our warehouse, unworn with swingtags still attached and within 5 working days.  Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and communications are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Shipping Costs

Most orders will cost  NZ$5.50 for courier delivery.  Multiple or large orders, plus rural delivery will incur an extra charge.  Please see estimates when proceeding to checkout.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery within New Zealand.
