If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the garment, provided the garment is returned within 7 days, the swing tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition. Shipping is at your own expense.
A full refund will be provided for any garments which are found faulty upon receipt provided they are returned to our warehouse, unworn with swingtags still attached and within 7 days. Reimbursement for shipping expenses on faulty goods will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost. All transactions from this website are covered by New Zealand consumer legislation.
We operate in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). The privacy of your customer data, orders and communications is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. This policy sets out how we treat your information and was last updated on 24 May 2018.
What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
(a) information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views);
(b) information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website, including information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services including name, email address and address details so that we can deliver ordered goods;
(c) information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters;
(d) any other information that you choose to send to us when you make an enquiry or purchase over the phone, email or in the shop. This information may include your name, contact number and email address. These details are required so that we can ask for further information. Your data collected from your enquiry or purchase via these means will only ever be used for these purposes and is never shared with any third parties.
Why do we collect personal data?
We collect your data to fulfil orders placed through the website and respond to other enquiries. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. You can update your subscription preferences or completely unsubscribe by following links at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
How long do we keep your data for?
Victoria J Designer Workshop will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the services requested and to comply with Inland Revenue Department regulations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data that we hold about you. Please email email@example.com. We will respond within 30 days to provide you with the data we hold about you and there is no charge for this service. Customers who have an online account with us may login to view and update their own personal data.
Most orders will cost NZ$7.50 for courier delivery. Multiple or large orders, oversesas orders and rural delivery will incur an extra charge. Please see estimates when proceeding to checkout.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery within New Zealand.
Please note that the colour of our garments as seen on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our garments on our website as accurately as possible, however, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.
